Our Staff Team

Here at Buzzbee Babes Nursery we pride ourselves on being and inclusive and diverse setting. We ensure that all staff are kind, caring and empathic in meeting the needs of the children attending.

• In order to ensure your child has the most fun, educational and caring time with us, we ensure that all our staff are:
• Fully qualified at Level 2 and 3 or above
• Undertaking their level 2 apprenticeship with an approved training provider
• An Enhance DBS check has been undertaken prior to employment commencing
• Qualified in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Children
• Aware of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and how to implement this meaningfully
• Confident with the upkeep of each child’s daily routine and individual needs.

All children will be allocated a Key Person to ensure their individual needs are met on a daily basis, this also allows them to build up a close relationship to ensure they feel safe and secure to explore the setting.

Kelly is an Early Years Professional and has completed her BA Hons in Early Years. She has also completed her Safeguarding Roles and Responsibilities as well as her Special Educational Needs training.

Terri is trained to Level 5, completing her Foundation Degree. Terri has completed her Special Educational Needs training.
