Buzzbee Babes Nursery is an Ofsted registered setting which opened in 2010 and offers 69 childcare places to children aged 0 to 4 years.

The setting has two rooms, a Baby and Toddler room for children ages 0 to 3 years and a Pre-School room for children aged 3 to 4 years.

Our Pre-School room is designed to provide free flow learning both inside and outside which enables the children to access the large outdoor environment on a daily basis as well as a superbly resourced inside environment. The Pre-school boasts a large messy conservatory  which allows the children to explore lots of arts, crafts and messy play encouraging them to become their own artist.

We have a Baby and Toddler Room which is located upstairs and the environment is also free flow throughout with a separate sleep room, children are able to access a messy room with craft and messy play along developing those budding artistic skills. They also access the garden area in the morning and afternoon to explore alongside the pre-school children.

We have a cook on site each day who provides wholesome, freshly cooked meals for the children each day. We have a 4 week rolling menu which can be found in the main reception, the menu is changed for winter and summer to ensure all meals are appropriate. We are able to cater for all dietary and allergy requirements along with any religious needs or preferences. Meals are provided at an additional costs per day as detailed within our price lists. Children attending all day or for the afternoon will need to be provided with a packed tea as meals are only provided at lunch.

We work with each child and their family in a caring and nurturing manner and ensure that we provide tailored environment in which both children and their parent’s requirements are adhered to. To achieve this staff have daily communication with all parents both verbal and using the communication books for children under 2 years. We also carry out parents evenings once a term to allow you to meet with your child’s Key Person to discuss their development.

Extended 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds

The setting is open from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday, closing for Bank Holidays, two week summer shut down in August and over the Christmas period.

There is limited car parking for parents to the rear of the setting and ample side road parking either side of the setting.
